MANUFACTURE OF FRANKY SIMPLEX PILES CAST IN SITU DIAMATERS 406, 520 AND 600MM LENGTH UP TO 25M

Manufacturing process: A steel pipe of the required diameter is driven to a certain depth using a diesel or hydraulic hammer, the designed reinforcement cage is inserted, concreting is performed to the required elevation and the steel pipe is pulled out with strong vibration of the concrete.
The diameters of steel driving pipes are: 406, 520 and 600 mm, length up to 25 m. Compared to other execution methods, this derivation technology is faster, the load capacity is uniform, and the influence of the human factor is reduced to a minimum.
The load-bearing capacity of these piles is proven by the patterns provided by the equipment manufacturers. In recent times, the work of piles is monitored via a computer that records all the necessary data on the ground and the “entered” kinetic energy during the process of beating the pipe. Thus, the process of determining the depth and bearing capacity of piles in different terrains is reduced to recording the energy and resistance that the soil provides during the rebound. This operation is recorded by a computer (in the cabin) and the data is given via a printed listing for each pile. This possibility represents the most technically correct solution, both in terms of production and control of the load-bearing capacity of each made pile.
The steel pipe ensures that the pile is made without interruption. The bearing capacity of the surrounding soil is increased by the process of compaction, the working pipe further consolidates the soil with its compaction. The load-bearing capacity of the pile depends on the type of soil and diameter and ranges up to 1800 kN.
